Join a leading corporate bank with a robust international footprint and a strong regulatory track record. As Head of AFC Governance, you will play a central role in shaping and overseeing the Anti-Financial Crime control framework across business lines.

Your tasks

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of the AFC Governance Framework
• Manage policy, risk assessment, and internal control design across AML, CTF, and ABC
• Act as primary liaison for senior stakeholders and regulators on AFC governance issues
• Oversee global governance committees and reporting lines
• Support remediation and strategic AFC projects across jurisdictions

Your profile

• Several years of experience in AFC, Compliance, or Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of German and EU AML/CTF regulatory frameworks
• Experience in leading governance projects and managing regulatory relationships
• University degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent in German and English
