They are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Regulatory Affairs. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial regulations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive a culture of compliance within the organization.

Your tasks

  1. Strategic Compliance Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance-related matters.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure the organization's compliance framework is up-to-date.
  2. Policy Development and Implementation:
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
    • Ensure that policies are communicated effectively and understood across all relevant departments.
  3. Risk Assessment and Monitoring:
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
    • Establish and maintain an effective compliance monitoring and testing program.
  4. Regulatory Liaison:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities.
    • Stay informed about regulatory developments and manage regulatory inquiries and examinations.
  5. Training and Awareness:
    • Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Foster a culture of compliance through ongoing communication and awareness initiatives.
  6. Incident Response and Investigations:
    • Oversee the investigation and resolution of compliance-related incidents.
    • Implement corrective actions and improvements based on investigation outcomes.

Your profile


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CCEP) is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in a compliance leadership role within the financial services industry.
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and other relevant compliance areas.
  • Thorough understanding of Markets compliance, IB Compliance, Compliance Advisory
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within an organization.
