We are partnering exclusively with a leading international financial institution to hire a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for compliance professionals who want to work in a dynamic and international environment. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory projects, and a broad range of compliance activities within a well-established bank.
Monitor, identify, and assess new or amended laws and regulations at both European and national levels (incl. MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, MAR, WpHG, KWG).
Support the annual compliance risk assessment and integrate outcomes into policies, standards, and processes.
Develop and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements; communicate and provide training to relevant teams.
Provide advice to front office and support functions on day-to-day compliance matters, offering practical solutions.
Represent the Regulatory Compliance function in internal projects and regulatory initiatives as subject matter expert.
Coordinate and support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and investigations.
Prepare reports and documentation for local, regional, and head office stakeholders.
Deliver compliance training sessions for employees and new joiners.
Several years of professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on compliance.
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, with initial hands-on experience in implementation.
University degree in Law, Business, Economics or a comparable banking qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
