This position sits at the heart of the Finance function of an internationally oriented bank in Frankfurt. As Finance Manager / Finance Allrounder, you will cover a broad range of financial, accounting, and analytical topics and act as a reliable counterpart for internal management as well as external stakeholders.
The role goes beyond pure accounting and offers exposure to management reporting, budgeting, and process optimisation within a regulated banking environment. You will contribute to the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of financial reporting while supporting the further development of finance processes and controls. This position is well suited for finance professionals who enjoy responsibility, hands-on work, and a wide scope of tasks within an international and structured environment.
Further development and optimisation of finance and reporting processes
Budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
Analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders
Support regulatory and internal reporting requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Finance within a banking or financial services environment
Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
Hands-on mentality with an allrounder mindset
Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Very good English and German language skills
