Our client is a well-established international banking institution with a strong presence in the German market. As part of the continued growth of its Risk Management function, the bank is looking to appoint an experienced Risk Manager to support the development, monitoring and enhancement of its enterprise-wide risk framework.

Your tasks

• Monitor and analyse the bank's overall risk profile across key risk categories.
• Prepare regular risk reports and management information for senior management and committees.
• Support the further development of the bank's Risk Management Framework, including policies, methodologies and procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and contribute to the identification, measurement and monitoring of risks.
• Participate in ICAAP, ILAAP and Recovery Planning activities.
• Support stress testing exercises and scenario analyses.
• Monitor risk limits and ensure compliance with internal risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse market developments and assess their potential impact on the bank's risk profile.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit and business units on risk-related topics.
• Contribute to regulatory projects and the implementation of new supervisory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for internal committees and regulatory authorities.
• Drive continuous improvements of risk processes and methodologies.
