We are partnering exclusively with a leading international financial institution to hire a highly motivated Regulatory Compliance Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for compliance professionals who want to work in a dynamic and international environment. The role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders, regulatory projects, and a broad range of compliance activities within a well-established bank.

Your tasks

• Monitor, identify, and assess new or amended laws and regulations at both European and national levels (incl. MiFID II, MiFIR, EMIR, MAR, WpHG, KWG).

• Support the annual compliance risk assessment and integrate outcomes into policies, standards, and processes.

• Develop and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements; communicate and provide training to relevant teams.

• Provide advice to front office and support functions on day-to-day compliance matters, offering practical solutions.

• Represent the Regulatory Compliance function in internal projects and regulatory initiatives as subject matter expert.

• Coordinate and support regulatory reviews, internal audits, and investigations.

• Prepare reports and documentation for local, regional, and head office stakeholders.

• Deliver compliance training sessions for employees and new joiners.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the financial sector with a focus on compliance.

• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, with initial hands-on experience in implementation.

• University degree in Law, Business, Economics or a comparable banking qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
