As AFC Governance & Risk Assessment Manager, you will play a key role within the Group’s Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) function, focusing on risk governance, framework enhancement, and regulatory alignment across the EMEA region.
Support the preparation of the local and EMEA-wide AML/CTF/Sanctions and Criminal Offences Risk Assessments
Consolidate and align local Risk Assessments within the broader EMEA Risk framework
Implement risk assessment outcomes into policies, standards, and procedures in close coordination with local MLROs, office heads, and regional compliance teams
Collaborate on the development and implementation of AFC Regulatory Horizon Scanning
Assist in continuous improvement of the AFC policy framework
Support internal and external audits and follow-up on findings
Manage committee administration and prepare AFC-related reports to ensure transparency and effective decision-making
Several years of professional experience in AML, AFC, or Compliance functions within the financial sector
Solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to act proactively and assertively
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
Fluent in both German and English
