For our client, a leading sustainable banking institution in Germany, we are currently seeking a Teamlead Compliance (m/f/d) to join their team in Nuremberg. This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to take responsibility for a well-established Compliance function while working in an international and future-oriented environment.
Lead and develop a Compliance team with a focus on MaRisk and Securities Compliance
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure effective implementation across the bank
Conduct and update compliance risk assessments regularly
Advise and train business units and senior management on compliance matters
Enhance internal compliance frameworks, guidelines, and tools
Support internal and external audits with clear and transparent reporting
Several years of experience in Compliance within a banking environment (ideally MaRisk / Securities Compliance)
Strong regulatory knowledge and a sound understanding of risk management
Recognised qualification such as CCP, CFM, CIA, or equivalent
First leadership experience and readiness to take on responsibility in a senior function
Strong analytical, structured, and communicative skill set
