The AFC Governance & Strategy Manager (m/f/d) plays a central role in shaping and maintaining the firm’s Financial Crime Compliance framework across its European business activities. The position focuses on strategic planning, governance structures, policy oversight, project coordination and management reporting to ensure a consistent, risk-based, and regulatory-aligned AFC operating model.

Support the development of the AFC strategy, annual planning cycles, and senior management reporting, including the preparation of committee materials and consolidated AFC reports.
Ensure a consistent and coherent AFC policy framework across all entities and business areas.
Design, maintain and integrate KPIs, KRIs and dashboard reporting to support management oversight and regulatory alignment.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities, monitor the implementation of remediation actions and maintain structured oversight documentation.
Oversee AFC-related outsourcing arrangements and service levels, assess associated risks, maintain service inventories and track performance indicators.

Several years of experience in Anti-Financial Crime, AML Compliance, Audit or Risk in a financial institution
Strong knowledge of AFC risk assessments and governance frameworks
Ability to interpret regulatory expectations and translate them into practical controls
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership
Analytical, structured and proactive working style
Language Proficiency in English; German is beneficial
