Our client is an international financial institution committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity. As part of their continuous effort, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer (m/f/d) for their Corporate Banking Law Team.

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate banking matters including loan agreements, credit facilities, syndications, and trade finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal documentation related to corporate banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with European banking regulations and internal policies.
• Advise on regulatory changes and their impact on the bank’s operations.
• Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and provide training on legal issues to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless legal support for business initiatives.
