As part of a growing Data & Transformation function, the organisation is strengthening its Business Intelligence capabilities to enable data-based decision making, improve reporting standards, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple business areas.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of Business Intelligence initiatives, drive reporting excellence, and support the development of modern self-service analytics capabilities within a highly collaborative international environment.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with stakeholder management skills and help establish a culture where data and insights support strategic business decisions.

Your tasks

• Lead and further develop Business Intelligence capabilities across the organisation
• Design and implement innovative reporting and dashboard solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into meaningful management information and actionable insights
• Drive the adoption of Self-Service Reporting and Analytics solutions
• Establish best-practice standards for reporting, visualisation, and dashboard development
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance improvement through data-driven decision making
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Mentor and support BI specialists and reporting professionals
• Deliver presentations and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Data Management, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams
• Contribute to strategic transformation projects and enterprise-wide reporting initiatives

Your profile

Required Experience

• Several years of experience within Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or Management Information functions
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets
• Strong understanding of reporting frameworks and dashboard design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience mentoring or leading team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Experience

• Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or other regulated industry experience
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Management concepts
• Exposure to Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning initiatives
• Knowledge of cloud-based reporting environments
• Experience with Python, R, or similar technologies
• Relevant BI certifications (Power BI, Tableau)
